  While the building is new and looks great. It has no elevator for the second floor. The continental breakfast is something left to be desired. The single room with all the trim is nice. Crown mouldings everywhere and looks good. Nice wall art. The attached restaurant/bar has decent selection for drinks and an okay menu. I enjoyed

  Clean, new hotel. Staff were professional and courteous. One of the nicer places to eat in town, definitely the best hotel. Reasonable prices as well. It is a little ways north of the main downtown. Area, so walking into town isn't much of an option, but otherwise a pleasant place to stay.

  Try to get a room away from the secondary entrances. These are well used by the other guests and are not equipped with any soft close mechanisms. The doors slam shut at all hours of the day and night. It is extremely disturbing.

  It is the best hotel in Manning but don't stay in the kitchenette if you're expecting to use it.

  One of the best I've ever stayed at. Staff were just amazing! Great food, great service. This place deserves another 5 stars above the five I'm rating them.

  There are no rooms that have 2 beds. The Executive King Suite has a king bedroom and a hide-a-bed in the living room. This is also a kitchenette. The kitchenette is not equipped well enough to use. Such as basic utensils like a can opener, ladle, paper towels or even a wash cloth for cleaning the dishes.
